These Terms apply to all coaching sessions, packages, and consultations booked via this site.2. Booking and Payment
Sessions may be booked online via Calendly or directly via email.Payment must be completed in full prior to the scheduled session.Prices are listed in euros and are final, unless otherwise stated.3. Cancellation and ReschedulingSessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.In case of no-shows, the session is forfeited.4. Coaching ServicesCoaching is a partnership focused on personal and professional development.Coaching does not substitute psychological therapy, medical, or psychiatric care.Fatima Chavez reserves the right to decline or terminate a coaching relationship if it is not in the client's best interest.5. ConfidentialityAll shared information in sessions is treated with strict confidentiality.Exceptions include legal obligations or risks to self/others.6. Intellectual PropertyAll materials provided remain the intellectual property of Fátima Chavez.Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit consent.7. Limitation of LiabilityThe coach is not liable for decisions or actions taken by the client.Coaching is a collaborative process; results depend on client participation.8.
